We use the Google Analytics functionality to see amalgamated statistics such as the number of visitors to our website and certain collective information such as country of origin, gender etc.

We do not obtain any additional information about you other than that you provide either directly to us, or via a third party booking agent chosen by you.

We do not use your personal information for any purpose other than the provision to you of our Guest House Services (board, refreshment, payment etc.).

We only hold data which is necessary to fulfil our obligations to you, and any legal requirements resulting therefrom.

We do not pass your personal information to any third party other than our GDPR compliant booking system partner, and GDPR compliant payment processing agencies, and any party where a legal obligation necessitates such transfer. Details of these are available on request. Details of previous bookings may be passed to any subsequent owners of Hensleigh House providing that they undertake to protect that data and not use it for any purpose other than as described here.

Your personal data may be retained to aid repeat bookings, and to enable us to respond to future enquiries from you. We will also retain data where there is a legal requirement to do so.

At any time you may request a copy of the data we hold about you. Please use the contact details above when making such a request. Obviously, we will need to confirm your identity before releasing any data.

At any time you may request that we delete some or all of the data we hold about you. However, as we may be unable to fulfil our obligations to you any outstanding bookings may be cancelled and there may be cancellation fees. If no bookings are outstanding the data will be deleted from our systems as soon as is reasonably practical to do so.

We will share information with our payment services provider only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.

4.5 Details of ALL bookings (whether by telephone, our website or a third party website), including personal information provided by you, is held in our booking system which is provided by FreeToBook.
